Transcription and Translation
This page that you are looking at, at this
moment, is a page that has been dedicated to
informing people about the most interesting, transcription and translation. I
believe that these are
quite interesting because they have intricate
processes that are challenging to learn.
The photo to the left depicts the first
process of protein
synthesis, transcription. Down below, at My
Favorite Links, you will find that the first link
is where this
photo as well as a description in words
of transcription is
located.
The second process of protein synthesis is
translation. Here the mRNA goes through the
ribosome and the codons and anticodons are
matched correctly to form a protein chain.
If you look at the picture on the right,
it depicts the process of translation.
The second link down below at My Favorite Links,
is where you can find the link where this
picture is located. The site also contains a
detailed description of transcription and translation.
To the left there is a photo of the combined
processes of transcription and translation.
This process is called protein synthesis.
This photo goes
into less specific detail than the photos
above, but it shows both in their order and
a sketch of what the process looks like.
Down below at My Favorite Links, you can
also find the site where this picture is located
as well as a detailed description.
